The project involved the conversion of an existing office space into a fully functional student bathroom (boys and girls). Works included controlled demolition, plumbing modifications, waterproofing, wall and floor tiling, stainless steel refurbishment, partition installation, and fixture provision, all executed in compliance with EFSG standards and applicable building regulations.
